What do we offer?

You might be wondering... what do you get for spending your hard earned dollars at Te Ōki?

Nutritious Meals

We have a centre Kaiāwhina who lovingly prepares all of our meals.  This includes morning tea, which is either toast or custard, a home cooked lunch meal and afternoon tea, which is either sandwiches or baking.

Does your child have allergies or cultural food preferences?

No problem!  We can cater for those too!

Nappies + Wipes

We provide nappies and wipes for tamariki who need them.

Do you prefer to have your tamaiti use reusable nappies?

No problem, we can set you up with a lidded bucket and you can bring them in.

Amazing Kaiako

We have hand picked our kaiako to ensure that they are the best people for the job!  Our team are passionate about providing the best quality care and education for your tamariki.  We have a mixture of qualified and unqualified teachers, including some who are studying towards their qualification.

As a centre we are also committed to quality ratios, this means that although the Ministry of Education require 1:5 for under twos and 1:10 for over twos we work MUCH lower than this!
